Today, high winds caused a major wind to blow the roof of the apartment building across the street from mine. I asked the people down below at the scene if anyone had been evacuated but they declined to comment. One woman who lived in the building said she hopes that the woman who's balcony was completely blocked by the detached roof is OK. Apparently an elderly woman lives in that apartment.
