Photos Possible July 3rd Damaging Storm Event

Latest NAM output simply has left me speechless. It clearly shows a derecho like event ripping through all of southern ontario tomorrow evening. If it were to occur we could be looking at a widespread damaging wind event causing multiple major power outages and blocked roads, etc.

Good to know...time to check the batteries in the old flashlights, radios. etc. Also going to tie down any potential backyard debris before I go to work tomorrow.
It's been a slow year so far...this could get interesting...

East London filling up with smoke, can see white smoke rising fast so firefighter probably there dousing it already. Smells like burning lumber and pretty hazy now on this side of town. Thought something in my room was burning.

Here is a shot of the shelf

Looks like a possible round two in store. Couple chasers at the shoreline waiting in anticipation.

Now if the stuff over Lake Huron/Bruce Peninsula can come to life like the stuff heading towards St. Clair and Windsor, there would be lots of happy storm enthusiats.
