If I'm not mistaken that cell fizzled and shortly after a line went up over Perth County.

I think you are dead on, It looked to fizzle out fast but I couldn't tell for sure because I was also driving away at the time and didn't know if it was disappearing because of that or the haze that was so strong today. Since I know it wasn't the hazer that storm practically vanished. I looked one point it still had some lowering and a nice look , five minutes later just some clouds. For a short lived cell it had some interesting structure...... The cell I intercepted NW of London at 730 was way better though hehe

Ottawa gor missed BIG TIME.. We were out and ready... then the next system just died... My buddy just called from Trois Rivieres Quebec and he said he was eating at a restaurant around 7pm last night when a Microbust hit town.. He said trees were broken, parts of roofs torn off, damaged cars... He was pretty exited as he is fairly new to understanding severe weather and had enever seen a microburst before.. EC is assesing damages and I will confirm the strength of the winds later today.
