Precipitation totals

Does anyone know of a web page that shows current precipitation totals for the month, or past 30 days or whatever, as well as previous totals for that time?

I'm trying to compare this summer (desert climate here in Niagara except for the 99% humidity in the air) to previous years just to see exactly HOW dry it is, in comparison.
