Indeed they are, creating those lengthy convective outlooks with categorical and probabilistic maps and storm based warnings of course. Dont forget the forecast zones that are done by lat and long

Well idk about that. You always see Environment Canada with very precise warnings and very detailed forecasts. So they must be doing something about it. And no one forget the warning lead time. Like August 24th, 3hr lead time for the city of london...not bad at all
