Latest NAM output simply has left me speechless. It clearly shows a derecho like event ripping through all of southern ontario tomorrow evening. If it were to occur we could be looking at a widespread damaging wind event causing multiple major power outages and blocked roads, etc.

Good to know...time to check the batteries in the old flashlights, radios. etc. Also going to tie down any potential backyard debris before I go to work tomorrow.
It's been a slow year so far...this could get interesting...

Windsor Essex getting nailed right now, small cell looking to hit London.

Weak high based shelf on the cell going through London, nothing fancy but it is only 9 am

East London filling up with smoke, can see white smoke rising fast so firefighter probably there dousing it already. Smells like burning lumber and pretty hazy now on this side of town. Thought something in my room was burning.

Now if the stuff over Lake Huron/Bruce Peninsula can come to life like the stuff heading towards St. Clair and Windsor, there would be lots of happy storm enthusiats.
