The SPC has us in the cross-hairs for Thursday. EC and TWN are calling for "strong thunderstorms" in the afternoon.

Wondering what will transpire in the afternoon

looks like good parameters for a sweeping line of storms. I can see them in the distance already

Conditions look pretty favourable from the ground. Lots of low level wind, lots of sun, lots of humidity. The clouds are moving from the west but the wind is from the southwest, so looks like we have some directional sheer too. I know there's some sheer in my apartment with a fan blowing on me from the north and the wind blowing through the window from the south! Making I should make a homemade tornado. :P

Nice anvils shooting up all over the horizon here in St. Catharines. VERY windy out. Hopefully we'll have a show tonight.
