Just looking at a system thats heading our way from Michigan, severe potentials aren't too high yet but with the clear swath ahead of the storm, moderate rotating potentials (still forcast less than 2% at the moment) and the temperatures we've been seeing, I wouldn't be surprised if that system intensifies for some late afternoon or evening severe weather. there are a few pop ups ahead of the front aswell that are just starting to organize over western lake huron heading northeast.
The next two days afterwards the forcast potentials creep closer and closer to southern ontario. will they become anything? im still on the fence...one can only hope Last edited by tice23; 07-08-2013 at 12:19 PM. Reason: i meant northeast, not northwest :P |

hard to say, i think the cell by stratford still has some potential over the next two hours and the band of t-storms near detroit might have a chance, but beyond that i think the cloud cover is getting too thick and killing the convective potentials as the day goes on. i hope all that rain clears out really early by tommorrow morning
