As some of you may know I have been developing a website for quite some time now. Everything is moving along quite smoothly and all is starting to come together now. There is one thing though. The home page. I wanted to ask all of you...what are you looking for when you go to the home page of a weather website. What kind of content would you like to see on that page. Warnings are of course going to be part of that...but what else would you want to see? List anything you want.

I'd definitely like to have easy access to forecasts for my own location. So you could devote a section to having a list of major cities across Ontario/Canada.

That will all be done map based. The warning map seen there will be increased to the whole width of the page and be clickable(very similar to NWS). I also have the ability to have it auto detect your location. Don't know how effective that would be though..
