It's a bust because besides the one cell that caused problems...it was nothing compared to what was supposed to occur....

I don't think you can call it a bust if something happened outside your city. We did see a Tornado in central Ontario and warnings did go up. But from my experience, it's always been when the sun went down, we got more storms then while it was up, since the temperature breaks and all.

True this was a bunch of crap. I was definatley looking forward to it but noo the spc is reatarted and needs to go back to school and not rely on computer models all the time

Raedwulf, if you want to expierence more severe storms, I suggest moving further south...by the st clair river
in between Wallaceburg and Sarnia

Yeah, today didn't bust. Just cap won over most areas. The fact that Midland was hit by a tornado and Essex/Kent counties are under tornado watches with the approaching derecho, today was a success. Just, the notorious capping that limits central Michigan/central southern Ontario storms took hold of the day.

There is always the potential that what's developing back in SW MI could mean business for us. It's too difficult to discern.

We could still have some overnight thunderstorms, possibly severe, but I'm having my doubts. But, the cold front is still coming.

Ive seen soem dandy is hamilton but im on the west side a good 10 k away from the lake it seems Lake Ontario makes alot of storms die out HAHA. And derechos right the cap over southcentral southern ontario was alot greater than in most areas hence why we were droped for the mod risk however if storms do decide to fire they cloud produce strong winds

Always a severe storm heads Niagara's way and if it comes over the lake POOF no more severe storm. I hate it.

The storms crossing upper l michigan look better in radar then the northern indiana storms. How sad
