AT 11:39 PM EDT WEDNESDAY 22 SEPTEMBER 2010.

STORMY NIGHT WITH STRONG WINDS AND MUCH RAINFALL

==WEATHER EVENT DISCUSSION==
A COLD FRONT PASSING THROUGH MUCH OF SOUTHERN ONTARIO TUESDAY NIGHT
PRODUCED THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS
ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND EVEN SMALL HAIL IN MANY
REGIONS. FIERCE STORMS KNOCKED DOWN TREE BRANCHES AS WELL AS POWER
LINES IN AREAS STRETCHING FROM THE SHORELINE OF LAKE HURON WESTWARDS
TO THE PARRY SOUND AND MUSKOKA DISTRICTS THEN SOUTHWARDS
INTO THE GREATER TORONTO AREA.

REPORTS OF STRONG WINDS AND WIND DAMAGE RECEIVED BY ENVIRONMENT
CANADA AS OF 12 PM NOON WEDNESDAY ARE FOUND IN THE TABLE BELOW.
