 Severe thunderstorm watch for  
Niagara Falls - Welland - Southern Niagara Region continued

    Severe thunderstorms possible today.

A hot and humid airmass  settling over Southwestern Ontario has made conditions favourable for  the development of severe thunderstorms this afternoon. Damaging winds  and torrential downpours are the main threats associated with these  storms.

This is an alert to the potential development of severe  thunderstorms with large hail and damaging winds.

Monitor weather  conditions..Listen for updated statements. If threatening weather  approaches take immediate safety precautions.

 


 St.  Catharines - Grimsby - Northern Niagara Region
 4:30 PM EDT Sunday 27 June 2010

St. Catharines - Grimsby - Northern Niagara Region continued

Well I live in the falls omg it was bad, lots of lightning and aparently I did drive through a tornado. It was on the ground, light cloud tornado. I saw a few more that year wow talk about intense!
