Monday July 23, 2012
Perhaps I'm a bit hopeful, but Monday seems to be a shot in the dark. EC and SPC are hinting towards something happening in the afternoon. Any thoughts? It's getting really dry here in Barrie and I haven't seen a good storm at all since I moved. I would like to see a good storm, but will accept any precipitaion at this point.

Well we have a slight risk for Southern Ontario from the SPC, 15% probability of severe:

St Catharines just got a 20 min downpour and a bit of thunder.Probably around 5ml which is the first rain here in a month.Perhaps more on the way according to radar

Today might be an interesting day. Environment Canada is saying 60 percent chance of showers or thunderstorms late this afternoon, with a chance some storms might become severe. I guess we'll just have to wait and see....

Apparently a tornado may of touched down in Verner (10 minutes west of Sturgeon Falls) and a nursery was evacuated in Garden Village (directly east of Sturgeon Falls)

oh ya i saw thoes on the tv wow wish we were getting that sh*t down here ): lol ... but apperntly this is what they said ... the storms will fourm in the morning down is south central ontario and then move up the qubec and that way but i guss it's going to happen the other way around hopfully
