Holy rain! Just about 50mm of rain throughout Kitchener in about 30-45 minutes starting around 4pm. I've never seen the ground outside my window literally flood. Usually it can handle downpours, even when the roads can't. There's flooding all over the city, especially at Fairview Mall.
