Thats for me here in Ottawa tonight. Keeping my eyes open!

Ottawa North - Kanata - Orléans
6:55 PM EDT Sunday 14 August 2011
Severe thunderstorm warning for
Ottawa North - Kanata - Orléans continued

Eastern Ontario - weather radar indicates that thunderstorm cells over the regions are capable of producing wind gusts to 90 km/h, hail to 2 cm in diameter and heavy downpours this evening.

Southwestern Ontario - an area of showers and thunderstorms continues to move slowly southwestward giving local amounts of 40 to 60 mm of rain. The heavy showers will be tapering off this evening.

Severe thunderstorms are imminent or occurring in the area. These storms may produce large hail, damaging winds or heavy rainfall. Remember that some severe thunderstorms can also produce tornadoes.

Monitor weather conditions and take immediate safety precautions if threatening weather approaches.

Some of these perhaps low topped supercells? Only because for slow moving storms some of them have been ongoing for a while. The thunderstorm approaching me has a clear inflow circling into it. A single cell been a live for a while now ..anyone want to comment?

Which cell is it, Raed?
It seems like everything is missing downtown Toronto.

The weather radio woke me up just after 4pm for the "severe" thunderstorm warning. Heard a clap of thunder or two, but after I saw the warning was for heavy rain -- back to bed I went. Miss anything important in the Waterloo area?

They just canceled the warning here after 4 hours...

I got a lot of action yesterday for once..was nice to see training cells whack Oshawa as if it was making up for a summer drought. The only problem is it was nothing special:P. Just lots of heavy rain. Driving in from work my windshield wipers were on full speed and the streets were flooding quickly. No lightning, just little rumbles of thunder. I did see a strike in the distance though with a higher topped cloud but that was it.
