Default Jan 11-12.11 Special Weather Summary

At the Waterloo Airport, EC reported 7cm of snow. But here in town, about 25km northwest of the airport, the university measured 12cm from the storm and an additional 3cm from the lake effect. Sometimes EC uses data from the university, other times they don't. Just FYI.
