Does GRLevel3 auto update the algorithms? Were you looking at Minot or Bismarck radar? I took a quick glance at KBIS radar, but it was so far out of range I couldn't get a detailed SRV scan after updating the algorithms.

Up to 2.75 inch hail stones were reported on that supercell!

Yes gr level does. Personally i like level 3 better than level 2. First of all because the price and second i like the option of smoothing on and off. That Supercell had up to 6 shear markers there was even a report of a tornado i beleive

Any level of Gibson Ridge has the smoothing option. Ultimately, no tornado was reported on any North Dakota storms last night. You can't access about a dozen or so radars using GRL2AE live radar... have been considering purchasing GRL3 for the option of polling non-live radar feed.
