What do you guys think?
NAM shows parts of Southern Ontario CAPE pushing 3000 J/kg, dewpoint in the 65-70 range, shear 30-40 kts in some areas. GFS is not in total agreement though, particularly on instability. For what its worth SPC has us in the 5% line. Maybe I'm just being optimistic after a slow season, but maybe we'll get one last hurrah? EDIT: Maybe threat was the wrong word for the title. Definitely looks interesting. Wednesday night looks interesting, especially for southwestern Ontario . Then things look again interesting Thursday. Although based on some of the latest model runs, it looks like the best chances for severe weather Thursday would be around and east of the GTA during the afternoon and evening.
