I moved this thread to the Truck Stop forum only because the 'yearly' forums are for threads with info/data/photos/etc... of severe storms that actually occur. If today proves to be a good one with lots of info/pics/video/whatever I'll move it back to the 2011 forum. Cheers!

TORNADO WARNING ISSUED/ENDED
Issued 5:06pm Ended 5:25pm Tornado warning for Ottawa North - Kanata - Orléans ended TStorm with signs of rotation North of Kanata has now moved off into Quebec

We experienced some significant wind gusts and heavy rain in Waterloo today. I was standing in a bus shelter when the wind picked up and the glass wall shattered from the force. It was pretty intense for about 15 minutes!
Also: police have reported two possible tornadoes southwest of Kitchener from the system that moved through this afternoon. This has not been confirmed by EC as of yet.
