Default Shot of frozen lakes from the sky

Weird that they're covered over with ice and snow. I know here in St. Catharines the temps have been nowhere NEAR cold enough to freeze the shores of L.Ontario yet.



ps - it's a nice balmy 16C here right now!

16C for mid-January: I'll take it.

I just got back from SWON and the lakes were not covered in ice.

Where abouts were you? That shot shows western L.Erie and L. St. Clair.

Sarnia, and the camera filter makes it appear like the lakes are frozen over.
