Lots of missing attachments right now. My host is working on fixing it. Seems to be a simple missing file issue - files that for whatever reason weren't copied during the migration. I'm off for the night, but we'll be working on it over the next few days.

Last I remember is the chat was off and would be on during active weather days and have not seen it enabled in a long time.
