Tornado Alley film at Ontario Science Center, Mar.23
I just received a msg spreading the word about the "Tornado Alley" film screening coming up at the Ontario Science Center. Sounds very interesting!
I believe this is the film that film maker Sean Casey was making during the Discovery Channel's TV show "Storm Chasers". The info is as follows: ---------------------------- Hello. I work at the OMNIMAX Theatre at the Ontario Science Centre (Don Mills And Eglinton). I am trying to inform people in the Toronto area who are interested in storm chasing or meterology or natural disasters, that we are offering a free preview screening of the film, Tornado Alley, on Wednesday, March 23 at 7 p.m at our theatre. It is the Sean Casey movie. It came out everywhere else on friday the 18th....I can't wait until saturday, driving up from london to see it!

I am trying every which way to get there. At least it runs through June. Mabye i will get up there sometime then. I just dont have the time at the moment

Oh it's playing until June? Goodo. I won some tickets to the Hockey Hall of Fame this past winter so maybe we'll hit up the science center as well. I wonder if they still have that block of uranium there that you can lift... (pretty damn dense material I tell yah!)

I am heading on tuesday to see it. They also have a Natural Disaster exhibit there. Where i read you can feel tornado force winds and put on a vulcanologist suit

If you get the chance to go, DO IT!!! It's "only" about 50-ish minutes, but amazing footage....
