Cold!

Here, temps are down to -11C right now. (which is about as cold as it ever gets) But I saw a weather station readout of -31C in Winnipeg, so I guess I can't complain

It was -41 with the wind chill here this morning and yesterday morning. School buses were also cancelled yesterday and today in the Nipissing District and Parry Sound District due to "extreme cold".

I have no idea where 'here' is but I'm guessing... Antarctica ? That's COLD!

Got down to -20C on Wednesday morning with a wind chill of almost -30C which was the coldest temp in Waterloo since Feb 23, 2011... almost two years before.

Called a cab to get to work even though it's a five minute walk.

When I lived in Winnipeg, I used to catch a bus that took about 40-45 minutes to get me downtown rather than one that took about 20 minutes.... because the stop for the 20-minute bus was about a 7 minute walk away, whereas the 45-minute bus picked me up right outside my house. So I can relate. :P
