I can see twilight with clear sky to the west with overcast above. my satellite signal is blocked and its been a deluge outside for 20 mins the water on the street is running curb to curb grl is showing a small blurb over area

Absolutely pouring rain here in Toronto. Some small cells popping up around the GTA.

Missed the one in Barrie that the warning was issued for. There is another cell south of my location looking to cross the 400 during a long weekend rush. Wouldn't want to be there right now...
