How was it for everyone else? I didn't check the radar loop until I was in Barrie. My family was mentioning tornado warnings farther south. All I saw was rain and lightning but the loop looked pretty intense for a while from Barrie to Niagara.

I'm in Guelph, and noticed the tornado warning for my area at 6:50pm (it had been issued at 6:44pm). I jumped in the car to try to get a better look, however I didn't see much.
I headed just north of the city, and didn't see much, so I headed just south, but it looked to be already mostly moved east.

Had my hopes up.

It was looking pretty interesting when I was out earlier around 6pm too.

Was up in East Garafraxa when the tornado warning went up for that area. It was pretty exciting for a bit but we were to the north side of much of that line of storms. Not much to see through the rain where we were but it seemed to be a fairly active day.

The Kitchener storm was pretty good. Lasted a LONG time with some gusty winds and almost non stop heavy rain. So far I've only found one small tree branch, so damage is minimal.

Apparently the storms we had were stronger than I thought. There's tree branches down all around the neighborhood. Some big ones. I really didn't think it was that strong inside the house (and didn't bother watching it as I had company over and we were watching a movie).
