The screwed up the tornado warning at 125am and it wasn't dispatched. It wasn't until 148am they corrected it and dispatched it. By then the storm was over Haldimand County, so why didn't they extend the warning southeast then, right?

I agree sometimes we can be a little hard on Environment Canada, but that is only because they have an absolutely terrible track record with issuing late or false warnings. And those weather warnings are extremely important and must be timely and accurate for public safety. Any chaser knows that.
