Saw an updraft base behind a rain core begin to rotate in Westmount London
Catching up at a red light I notice it had a larger scale rotation now and some better upward motion.
I got to a position ahead of the rotating updraft base and see a small lowering sucking up like a vacuum before the storm collapse. It soon after became elevated and just a good summer rain to cool things down.
