   SHOULD DEVELOP ALONG THE COLD FRONTAL SURGE DURING THE LATTER HALF
   OF THE PERIOD...LIKELY REINFORCING A LONGER-LIVED PRECIP EVENT INVOF
   IA.  DAMAGING WINDS SHOULD BE THE PRIMARY SEVERE THREAT WITH ANY N-S
   BOW-TYPE STRUCTURES.
