JUN.08 - Tornado Warning / Severe Thunderstorm Warning
A list of the watches and warnings from this day are here.

MAY.16 - TORNADO CONFIRMED
The first tornado confirmation came yesterday as an F1 ripped through rural areas of southern Ontario. (more information below in the tornado listing section)

MAY.15 - POSSIBLE SEVERE WEATHER TODAY
Much of southern Ontario is under a watch right now, and areas are already under warnings, as a system with numerous storm cells approaches from the west.

APR.29 - NATURE AWAKENING
Well the leaves are back on the trees, the birds are out in full force, the weather hasn't gone below freezing for quite awhile now, and the days are getting hotter.  The storms are just over the horizon! (not literally, unfortunately...)

MAR.26 - FIRST STORMS OF THE YEAR / SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH
At work today, a storm around 10:30am knocked out the power to our shop.  'Was very disappointed that I was trapped inside for the first good storm of the year, but after getting home and hearing some rumbling thunder off in the distance, I checked the radar.  Nice purple core of a cell heading straight for St. Catharines!  EC issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Niagara, and the storm produced constant thunder and a good amount of CC and CG lightning along with torrential downpours.
